Meet the Management Team
My name is Dilsha and I am the Nursery Manager. I joined Woodlands in June 2020 and have been working in childcare since 2001, childcare is my passion.
Throughout my career I have helped to set up new nurseries from scratch, and worked in settings catering for up to 90 children.
At Woodlands, I strive to ensure that robust curriculum's are in place covering all areas of the EYFS for children in preparation for the next stages of their lives.
I am responsible for events planning and activities as part of celebrating diversity and inclusion at Woodlands, I look forward to welcoming everyone from the community to our nursery.

My name is Sayma and I am the Deputy Manager. I joined Woodlands in September 2019 and have been working in childcare since 2008.
I am motivated by helping children become happy, confident and independent individuals.
Throughout my career I have gained experience in working with SEN children and also supporting English as a foreign language for children.
At Woodlands, I am committed to encouraging, developing and training staff to become stronger and more confident Early Years Educators.
