Meet the Management Team
Sayma - Nursery Manager
I am the Nursery Manager at Waterfall House setting. I joined Woodlands in September 2019 and have been working in childcare since 2008.
I am motivated by helping children become happy, confident and independent individuals. Throughout my career I have gained experience in working with SEND children and also supporting English as a foreign language for children.
I am committed to encouraging, developing and training staff to become stronger and more confident Early Years Educators.
Qualifications:
- BA (Hons) Early Years: Education & Leadership in Practice (Kingston University 2017)
Fran - Deputy Nursery Manager
I joined Woodlands in 2021 and have six years of Childcare experience.
I dedicate myself every day to creating a safe and enriching environment. I believe that children shape our future.
From drawing on experience I have obtained in childcare, I tailor programs to meet the unique needs of children at various stages of development. I firmly believe in the importance of fostering happiness, self-image, and independence, as well as immersing children in different cultures, beliefs, and communities, promoting a well-rounded perspective on the world.
At Woodlands, I focus on the pillars of welfare, well-being, and safeguarding, ensuring a high standard of education.
Qualifications
- Qualified Status Teacher (QTS)
- Level 4 Management
- Level 2 Understanding autism
- ICT in Education Masters Degree
