Meet the Management Team
Dilsha - Senior Nursery Manager
I joined Woodlands in June 2020 and have been working in childcare since 2001, childcare is my passion.
I strive to ensure that robust curriculum's are in place covering all areas of the EYFS for children in preparation for the next stages of their lives. I am responsible for events planning and activities as part of celebrating diversity and inclusion at Woodlands.
Qualifications:
- Cache Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education (2003)
- L5 NVQ Diploma in Management (QCF) (2012)
- Chartered Manager (CMgr) MCMI (2023)
- Designated Safeguarding Lead
Amie - Deputy Nursery Manager
I have been working in early years for almost 10 years and am passionate for promoting children's well being by providing a safe space for children to learn and develop. I take immense pride in aiming to prepare children for the big wide world, through supporting their development in their foundation years, when their brains are most malleable.
At Woodlands I am able to share my knowledge and with other early years educators to encourage high quality care for the children and families.
Qualifications:
- BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies with Psychology (University of Portsmouth - 2018)
