We have a clear and structured hierarchy at Woodlands Nursery.

To determine where each person fits, we base our selection on the following criteria:

1. Level of qualification/Education
2. Experience attained
3. Competency

The qualifications and experience are assessed during the initial stages of the recruitment process using a combination of your CV and a face to face interview.

Once you have passed the initial stage, we will use a combination of the interview, trial and probation period to assess your competency.
